  These guys are good. I bought a duplex softener setup and first off, they tried to talk me into a simpler solution because it was less expensive, rather than just trying to make a sale. They’re right and a simplex solution would have worked…and duplex is more than most domestic users need… but I had already decided I wanted zero downtime. They also supplied a non standard connection kit, 3/4 vs 1” at my request to fit my existing hoses. When the kit arrived the brine injector didn’t match Clack’s spec for the vessel size so I queried it. They passed this on within their organisation and of their engineers phoned me back within a couple of hours to explain that experience has shown them the slightly larger injector is less prone to blockage and is what they have taken to using for the vessel size I’d ordered. So all in all good and helpful communication. Would trust them again. Steve
