Replacement filter set for EPS Floorstanding Water Cooler, Dispenser & Filter system. Recommended filter replacement every 6-12 months
1. Sediment Filter: Removes large particles like sand, silt, and rust, ensuring a clean and clear appearance.
2. Carbon Filter: Eliminates chlorine, taste and odour causing contaminants, and some organic chemicals, leaving your water fresh and delicious.
3. Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane: This powerful membrane, with pores as small as 0.02 microns, effectively removes bacteria, viruses, colloids (microscopic particles), endotoxins, and silt, providing superior filtration. UF membrane allows beneficial dissolved salts and minerals to remain in the water.
4. Post Carbon Filter: This final polishing stage ensures your water has a crisp, clean taste by removing any remaining traces of taste or odour.

Does it require regular maintenance?
Yes, regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimal performance and water quality. This includes periodic cleaning of the storage tank and timely filter replacements. The 1st and 2nd stage cartridges typically need replacement every 6 months, while the 3rd and 4th stage cartridges last up to 12 months on average.
What is the Ultrafiltration system included with the unit?
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane-based filtration system with pores as small as 0.01 microns. It effectively removes solid particulates such as lead, copper, pharmaceuticals, bacteria, and viruses.
Unlike reverse osmosis, UF systems do not produce wastewater and work efficiently even under low water pressure, ensuring a simple and easy setup. However, it is important to note that ultrafiltration does not remove hardness minerals like calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg).
Can the dispenser be installed outside?
It is designed for indoor use. Placing it outside can affect performance and durability. We do not recommend outside installation.
How quickly does the cooler dispense chilled water?
The unit dispenses chilled water almost instantly once set up. The water temperature ranges from 4°C to 12°C, and the stainless steel tank has a capacity of approximately 3.2L.
Will the water cooler increase my electricity bill?
The energy consumption is low, and EPS coolers are designed with cost-effective in operation LG compressor.
