Shipping And Handling
Orders are normally delivered by DPD. For Credit card orders we will deliver to the address on the Credit Card unless an alternative delivery address is specified on the order. A signature is always required for the goods.
There is a standard carriage charge of £7.95 for UK mainland deliveries if the basket contents are 15kg or below combined weight, if the basket contents are above 15kg the delivery will be £15.95. Items are marked either 2-5 day delivery or Next Working Day Shipping Classes. If the basket contains items from two shipping classes, there will be a combined charge. If unsure, check with us before ordering.
If there are any restrictions or limited access that could affect delivery we must be notified before purchase as this could incur additional charges. Orders will not be dispatched until any additional charges that maybe incurred are paid.

We offer next working day delivery on most orders within the United Kingdom if the following conditions are met.
1. The item is in stock
2. You place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm on Friday.
Excluding Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Ireland (Alternate delivery charges will apply for these locations).
Some items require additional processing before we can dispatch them, we will inform you if the item is not eligible for our Next Working Day Delivery service.

Items marked 2 – 5 day delivery

5kg – 20kg : £99
Above 20kg : £198

If the correct shipping charge is not selected during online checkout procedure orders will be held until the customer has been contacted and the correct delivery charge has been paid.
For stock items orders received before 2pm, (1pm on Friday) are generally dispatched that day for next working day delivery. However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on the service which we use for general sales. – If you must have your goods next day please contact us by phone for details. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by non-delivery of orders by our carrier agents. If we are unable to dispatch an order to arrive with the customer within 30 days of receiving the order, we will offer the customer the option of cancelling the order and having their money refunded.
If you have an export enquiry please contact us before placing the order. Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are only sold for delivery to a mainland UK destination. All goods are available for export but the shipping charge will increase.
Customers must please ensure they are available to receive delivery of purchased items. If delivery has been unsuccessful due to the customer not being available to receive and sign for the goods then an additional cost of up to £50 maybe incurred for a re-delivery.
The time of delivery whilst given in good faith, is not the essence of the contract. Pump Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage, in respect of delayed deliveries due to any reason, and howsoever caused.
Most Items are normally delivered by carrier within two to three working days. International orders will take longer.
Unless otherwise agreed, if we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date or cancelling the order completely and receiving a full refund of any monies paid.
Pump Express cannot be held responsible for any delays due to incorrect delivery address information being provided or change of delivery address once the order has been processed.
For international deliveries the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply for the good they have purchased.
