Purchase easy , delivery terrible, finally arrived 5 days later than the first delivery time slot I was told .

I paid £9.40 delivery for next day delivery…….It arrived 4 working days later…..also £9.40 for a package weighing no more than a KG is a complete rip off !!!!
It may be down to Covid 19 but I tried to call every number listed on your website to ask a technical question but couldn’t get through on any of them… the ‘phone just rang and rang.
I ordered the Powertank on the internet and, in the delivery instructions, left a note to say that we lived at the end of a narrow drive and not to send a big truck. The 18 tonne lorry that turned up had problems even getting doen the lane…
