James was a great help initially in your office but the delivery company managed to muck up our post code, then say they couldn’t find our house, as well as totally ignoring our written instructions. Consequently we were a day late in being able to install the pump in the flooded cellar. It also meant having to rearrange the visit by the builder to fit the pump. Otherwise – 5/5 for James
