Powertank – 5-Year Warranty – Fixed Speed Models

This extends your warranty to 5 years on any Standard Fixed Speed Powertank Unit from the date of purchase. (This excludes the Simplicity & Industrial Powertank ranges.)

This warranty covers components only;
• The Pump
• The Controller
• The Fill Valve
• The Tank Body

All are covered for:
• Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
• Any broken components that have broken whilst under normal use and operating conditions

What we will do to correct the problem:
• Under warranty the company will repair or replace the faulty component free of cost

We will:
• Provide technical support either via telephone or online
• Assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible
• Keep you informed throughout the process

We will need you to:
• Return the faulty component to us
• Send proof of purchase
• Inform us of an issue as soon as possible
• Organise the installation of the repaired or new component
