INSTALLATION & USE

The Italtecnica BRIO DIGITAL is an electronic pressure and flow controller designed for automatic electric pump operation. When system pressure drops as a tap is opened, the controller starts the pump. It then stops the pump when water flow ceases after the tap is closed.

Start pressure can be digitally adjusted between 1 and 5 bar, with system pressure displayed on an easy-to-read LED scale. The controller can be installed vertically or horizontally, providing flexibility across a range of pump and booster system configurations.

Built-in dry-run protection helps safeguard the pump when water is unavailable. Following a dry-run stop, the automatic reset function makes up to 10 restart attempts over 7 hours and 15 minutes. A 24-hour anti-seizure function and inspectable non-return valve provide additional protection and ease of maintenance.

The BRIO DIGITAL supports 115–230V AC supplies and pumps rated up to 12A, 2HP or 1500W. It has a 1″ male hydraulic connection, IP65 protection rating and a maximum allowable system pressure of 10 bar.
