Once your order has been completed and dispatched a copy of your invoice will be available to download from the ‘my account’ section of the website.

Generally, most of the items listed as out of stock will be restocked within 3-4 weeks. Please contact us if you would like more information on a particular item.

Product images are for illustration purposes only and can be subject to change due to product updates and developments however in most cases the product image shown is the product that you will receive.

No goods should be returned without prior authorisation for any reason. Please contact us for authorisation and instructions for returning goods, this will vary according to the items concerned and the reason for return.

Product warranty particulars may vary but all our products are warrantied for domestic UK use for a minimum of 12 months from the date of our invoice.  Warranties cover manufacturing defects and products shall be repaired or replaced as advised by the manufacturer.

You should receive your order next providing the item is in stock and available for next working day delivery and your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm on Friday.
