INSTALLATION & USE

The eSoft Pro Domestic Nitrate Removal System is the most reliable system available on the market today.  The Clack control valve has been used throughout the world for over 40 years and has been found to be trouble-free and user-friendly.  The eSoft Pro comes in a range of sizes suitable for a single tap to a large family home the size of the system is based on the Resin volume, these are the 10 litre, 20 litre & 30 litre models. The model of nitrate removal system you require will depend on the size of the property and the water usage.

Nitrates can be commonly found in UK water supplies, in particular private water supplies such as water from boreholes and wells. While nitrates are naturally occurring in the environment, their levels can become elevated due to human activities, primarily agriculture and the use of fertilizers. Public water authorities often conduct routine testing, but private supply owners will need to test their water periodically. If nitrate levels exceed the recommended limits, treatment methods such as reverse osmosis, ion exchange, or distillation can be used to remove nitrates from the water.

Basic Set Up – Please refer to full instructions for more detail.

1. Press “Set Clock” button, hours will flash.
2. Use up and down buttons to set hours.
3. Press “Next” button, set minutes and press “Next”.
4. Press “Next” and “Up” buttons together and hold until screen changes.
5. Set hardness based on raw water hardness of water supply. (If unsure of hardness level set to 300)
6. Press “Next”. Leave next setting at 2 – 0.
7. Press “Next”. Set the day override (preset at 4).
8. Press “Next”. Set the regeneration time (preset at 2am).
9. Salt will need to be added to the main compartment. (See Image)
